Sponsorship Opportunities
We understand your budget is tight and you must justify
every expenditure and quantify the return you expect on your investment.
ACESCLA and TechDEC maximize the return on your investment of time,
money, and energy. Participation gives you exclusive access to your target
audience in the exhibit hall, plus other conference opportunities can
expand your visibility and reach into this competitive marketplace.
Sponsorships, technology and product demonstrations and roundtable
discussions are just a few of the ways this conference works harder than
any other to provide exhibiting and participating companies real value for
their exhibit dollars. To take advantage of these marketing opportunities,
contact Michelle Poe, Exhibits & Conferences Manager at 859-692-2187, or

Roundtable Discussions
Call it a "user group." Call it a "focus group."
Call it valuable feedback from insurance company
claims and technology professionals who need, or may already be using your
solutions in their businesses. These 50-minute discussion sessions begin
with a 10 minute presentation by a leading claims or technology company
and follow-up with a moderated discussion of the problems or solutions
presented. Roundtable discussions are issue-driven,
not product-driven. Roundtable discussions may be purchased by any
exhibiting company who is also a conference sponsor for only $1,000. All
roundtable discussions will be held on Sunday morning, October 26th. Keep
in mind, only 12 of these prime discussion sessions are available.
Sign up for exhibit space, a conference sponsorship and your roundtable
discussion today!

Technology and Product Demonstrations
Tough times call for no-nonsense strategies.
Technology and product demonstrations offer you the opportunity to get
your no-nonsense solutions in front of the technology and/or claims
professionals looking for ways to cut costs, reduce claims and improve
profitability. These 1/2-hour demonstration slots are available to any
interested exhibitor, and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve
basis. The nine (9) technology demonstrations ($800 per demo), and three
(3) product demonstrations ($500 per demo) will be held during the
afternoon of Sunday, October 26th. These popular opportunities will go
fast, so act now to make sure your spot is reserved.

IASA Technology Town Meeting |
1:00 PM - Room 609
Moderated
by:
Mark O'Brien, VP of
Client Services - Martino & Binzer |
Speakers:
Craig Lowenthal, CIO -
Hartford Financial Products
Marek Jakubik, CEO - Insurance Technology Group
Dan Mets, VP of Insurance Solutions - Agile Technologies
This interactive session provides
a highly participatory Q&A forum for insurance professionals facing
challenging technology decisions. Attendees have the unique
opportunity to discuss their technology issues with experts from
insurance carriers, technology vendors, and consulting firms -
seasoned veterans who have "Been there. Done that." Find out why some
carriers shy away from system renovation or replacement projects, and
what other companies are doing to mitigate risk of those projects.
Talk freely about new products like IASA's x-Fire and other technology
products that are solving critical issues facing our industry today
and tomorrow. |
Our sponsorship of
a Roundtable Discussion seemed especially
beneficial. Our session, which was standing room only, gave us
the opportunity to meet and interact with a number of people
who were interested in us and our offerings. The value-added
benefits associated with our sponsorship served to further
enhance our presence. Thank you for a well-organized,
well-run trade show.

Director of Insurance
